Overview

Get more out of your short visit to Mykonos on a half-day tour led by a local guide. You will be taken on a bus trip to explore the inner island & beaches as well as on a walking-tour through the Old Town. The inner-island part of the tour takes you on a scenic journey, going first to the Lighthouse with a short stop to enjoy the view of Delos & other neighboring Islands. You will continue to beautiful Kalafatis beach with another short stop before making your way towards the village of Ano Mera. Here you will have some free time to stroll around the charming square surrounded by traditional tavernas or visit the monastery Panagia Tourliani built in the 16th century. You will then continue with a walking tour of Mykonos Town through the narrow white-washed streets with a cube-like houses, experiencing the beauty of the Cycladic fishing village that it once was. Some of the highlights of the Town include short stops at The Windmills, Little Venice and the iconic church of Paraportiani.

What To Expect

1. Armenistis Lighthouse Visit Armenistis Lighthouse, one of the iconic sights of Mykonos island. Unique location with an elevation, allowing magnificent views of the surrounding islands. 25 minutes

2. Short photo stop at beautiful Kalafatis Beach. 15 minutes

3. The inland village of Ano Mera, home to the restored 16th-century monastery Panagia Tourliani. 20 minutes stop & free time for guests to have a refreshment in the village cafeterias or visit the Monastery. 20 minutes

4. Mykonos Town Walking tour of quaint town of Mykonos 1 hour

5. The Windmills (Kato Milli) Visit to another iconic landmark of Mykonos, the 16th century Windmills. 20 minutes

6. Little Venice Little Venice is one of the most romantic places in Mykonos. The neighborhood with elegant and gorgeous old houses built on the edge of the sea. 20 minutes

7. Church of Paraportiani The most iconic of all sites in Mykonos, the Paraportiani church, dating back to the 1400s. 20 minutes

If a Participant chooses to leave a tour or activity part way through for any reason, no refund will be offered
Itinerary: In case of a force majeure and/or reasons beyond our control and events that occur after the tour departure, we reserve the right to modify the routing and alter the itinerary.
If your Cruise Ship is not able to arrive into the port of Mykonos on the tour date and the tour cannot be rescheduled for another date, we will issue a full refund.
This Tour is NOT private, there will be other participants.
If you are arriving on a Ferry, have in mind that Ferries can be late. Please give additional 45 minutes to scheduled Ferry boat arrival time.

Not recommended for travelers who have trouble walking at moderate pace.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Great experience! Our guide was knowledgeable about the island and very concerned about giving us a great experience. This was one of the top excursions on my vacation. Very cruise ship friendly - easy to find and connect with.

Christina was our guide and did an excellent job on our tour of Mykanos. Still don't know how the bus driver is able to navigate through the narrow streets but he did a great job.

In all of the shore excursions that we had throughout the Greek Isles, this was the best. I think largely, it has to do with a guide, and Andrea was the best, I think she would make any excursion, insightful, informative, and fun.

Our tour guide and bus driver were very good. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting. We were a group of 7 and we were travelling with our dad who is 87, she made sure we were not left behind.
